Refund Policy
To request for an online refund, please contact us via WhatsApp and return the product within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with the seal intact.
Refunds will not be processed if:
- The product is damaged or not in its original condition.
- The return request is made after 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
